Shipping & Return Policy
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by online cancellation procedure. In such a case, we will refund any payment already made by you for the order or keep it as a Store Credit, if you wish so and which can be used on future purchases. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
You have 7 (Seven) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (Conditions: VALID ONLY FOR STANDARD REPOSE PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE).
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with guarantee card & any other tags attached to the product
• Your item must be in the original packaging
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
You are advised to contact the Customer Care executive at 1800-10-222-68 (or) 1800-103-8848, who will coordinate with you for arranging logistics, packaging, and any other requirements for the return.
Senario-1- Cancellation of Order after payment and before delivery.
• Immediate refund will be initiated
Senario-2 – Refund for return within 7 days after delivery as per return policy.
• Whether the client has to arrange return at his cost or REPOSE needs to arrange the transportation, must be clarified
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify whether we have received the item in original condition
• If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
